​Blacktown N.E.W.B.I.A. Endowment Fund, Inc. (BTNEF) is organized to grow and support meaningful community development. Our focus is to achieve outcomes that will move individuals, families and community organizations toward long-term stability. We accept funding, in-kind donations/contributions from people, organizations, institutions, foundations and other entities to help with the development of programs offered by BTNEF for the benefit of all generations of Chattel Slavery Survivors.
